Care & Lifetime Service

Silver is meant to be worn, and to last. Here is how to keep it bright, and what we do for you at the showroom for as long as you own an Arham piece.

Everyday care

• Put silver on after perfume, lotion and hair spray.
• Take it off for swimming, bathing, the gym and cleaning with chemicals.
• Wipe each piece with a soft, dry cloth after wearing.

Storing

• Keep each piece separately in its Arham pouch or a sealed zip bag, away from air and damp.
• Do not store silver with rubber bands or in a humid cupboard.

Cleaning

Silver darkens slowly because it reacts with the air. A polishing cloth brings back most of the shine. Never use silver dip on oxidised pieces — their dark finish is intentional and a dip will strip it. For a deep clean, bring the piece to us.

• Polishing — bring any Arham piece to the Sardarpura showroom for a professional clean. (Charges and turnaround to be confirmed by Arham Jewellers.)
• Repairs — clasps, links, screws and stones looked at by our workshop; we tell you the cost before any work. (Terms to be confirmed.)
• Ring resizing — where the design allows. (Terms to be confirmed.)
• Lifetime exchange — exchange any Arham piece against its silver value at the showroom. (The exact basis — rate of the day, deductions — to be confirmed by Arham Jewellers.)
